Can I get a quote on my Custom Compression Garment from you?
Yes, Please! We urge any patient coming to us for the first time from another supplier to get a quote from them and from us. We think you will find that your copayments, if you have one, may be less expensive with us. We pride ourselves in quality and efficiency and pass these on to our Patients.
I just need Compression Stockings. Do I need to make an appointment or can I just come in?
We welcome all walk-ins. We just want you to be aware that there may be a wait. Before we can see you to measure and fit you, we need to collect information and call you insurance company for benefits. Getting Medical Supply benefits is sometimes more difficult than getting doctor’s visit benefits. We may have to wait to speak to a person and give them what your doctor has prescribed along with your diagnosis in order to find out what is covered. And if there are people who’ve made appointments here at that time, you will have to wait. We suggest calling us with your information and making an appointment. This gives us time to call your insurance company and spend the needed amount of time on the phone without you having to wait.
How long will it take to be measured and fit?
If you’ve made an appointment and your benefits have been checked, you can estimate about 45 minutes. Once we measure you we will offer you several options based on our measurements. We’ll then have you try them on. Once one style has been chosen, we’ll go over how to put on (don) and take off (doff) your garment and make sure you can do this on your own. We’ll also review how to care for your item.
I don’t need a custom garment. Will you have my size and style in stock?
We strive to carry a comprehensive inventory of items. Chances are we will have a garment in your size for you to wear home. At times, we may not have a particular color or pattern, but can access our inventory at our other locations and have them sent. We can also place an order for your specific item and it should arrive in about one week. We try and keep the most popular and most common items in stock.
